"I’m very happy I canceled my insurance with this State Farm agent—and with State Farm completely. After my experience, I would never go back, even if it costs me more with another insurance company. Charging me a $25 fee just because my debit card was lost and my payment declined was completely unreasonable. Instead of understanding the situation, they chose to penalize me. Even though I paid my bill the very next day after finding out, they still charged the fee. This experience showed a lack of customer care, and I won’t be doing business with them again."

"When my son passed away unexpectedly, I was not only grieving, but I had the huge task of settling his estate. Robert Tognetti at State Farm Insurance (Jeff Marks agent) went over and above to get some insurance issues settled so my son's house could be put up for sale. It took a few days, but Robert kept me posted on what was going on and what the next steps would be. Unfortunately, the high level of customer service Robert gives is rather uncommon these days.
